Juvenile Court
Juvenile Courts have jurisdiction over matters involving children under 18 years of age that have been accused of breaking the law, or whose parents cannot care for them, or whose behavior puts them at risk or in need of services. Juvenile Courts also have jurisdiction over Paternity Actions for children born out of wedlock.
Juvenile Court is a closed court and juvenile documentation and information is limited to parties of the case and attorneys of record only.
Juvenile court is held on Wednesdays.
