The Circuit Court Clerk's Office serves an important role in the Judicial System of Unicoi County.  The Clerk's Office maintains the Criminal, Circuit, General Sessions, Juvenile, Traffic and Probate Courts.  Darren Shelton, Circuit Court Clerk, was elected to office in 2010 and is proud to serve Unicoi County!
