The Circuit Court Clerk/Jury Coordinator is only able to excuse potential jurors that are 75 years old and older if they do not want to serve. All other excuses must be approved by the presiding judge conducting the jury orientation. Juror's are selected from a data base consisting of anyone who has a Tennessee driver's license or pays taxes. Jurors are NOT selected from voter's registration. PLEASE REGISTER TO VOTE!
